  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Return/exchange is applicable only in case of:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Size or model mismatch (for covers)

Return Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days.

Share your order number, product photos, and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the process.

Exchange Options:

You may exchange the product for a different size/model (if available).

If the replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or damaged items due to customer handling

Items returned without original packaging

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.

In other cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refund Time:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
